Select the intensity level: Beginners (levels 1-3): Gentle, gradual habituation. Intermediate (levels 4-6): Moderate, balanced, optimal relief. Advanced (levels 7-9): Intense, severe chronic pain. Locate the acupuncture point using the provided illustrated guide. Place the pen tip perpendicular to the skin, making direct contact.
