Correct grip: Insert hands into the foam handles, full palm, curled fingers, firm, comfortable, natural grip, optimal control, and maximum safety. Standing position: Feet shoulder-width apart, back straight, abdomen engaged, correct posture, optimal alignment, safety, and maximum exercise efficiency for visible results. Exercise 1: Lateral arm extension. With arms extended to the sides at shoulder height, pull the band laterally, keeping your shoulders and back engaged. 3 sets of 15 repetitions. Exercise 2: Bicep curl. With arms at your sides and elbows fixed, pull the band towards your shoulders, contracting your biceps. 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions. Strengthening arms. Exercise 3: Tricep extension. With arms raised overhead, pull the band downwards, working the triceps and toning the back of the arms. 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions. Exercise 4: Chest pull, arms in front of chest, pull the band horizontally. This works the pectoral muscles and firms the chest. 3 sets of 15 repetitions. Exercise 5: Shoulder rotation, arms extended forward, external and internal rotation of the shoulders and back.
